What is an AI employee?
A digital assistant with a defined responsibility, such as answering enquiries, coordinating appointments or handling recurring work.
Will an AI employee replace my staff?
AI employees support your team with agreed tasks. Personal advice and complex requests remain with the people responsible.
How much does an AI employee cost?
Website chat from €69 per month (150 conversations), WhatsApp AI from €79 (400 conversations, coming soon), AI phone reception from €119 (700 minutes), all three channels together as the Promatic AI Employee from €249, excluding VAT. Each channel comes in two tiers (Start and Plus). Annual booking (12-month minimum term) lowers the monthly price, e.g. phone Start to €99. Personal setup costs €449 per channel (bundle €898), or €249 (€498) with annual booking. Monthly plans can be cancelled with 14 days’ notice to the end of the month. Annual plans renew for 12 months unless cancelled one month before they end. We remind you in good time. Extra phone minute €0.15. View scope and pricing.
Can I start with a website?
Yes. A website can be your first step. AI employees, booking and automation can be added when they make sense for your business.
Can you work with my existing systems?
We review your systems during the initial consultation and confirm feasible connections and their scope before preparing a proposal.
How is customer data handled?
We agree in advance which data the AI needs, who may access it and which retention and deletion periods should apply. This takes account of our own platform in Frankfurt am Main and any other services involved. Confidential or particularly sensitive information requires a separate review before use.
Is using an AI employee GDPR-compliant?
Compliance depends on the specific use and configuration. Before launch, we review data flows, legal bases, access rights and the required data processing agreements with you. Necessary notices and consents are also considered. Using a particular AI provider alone does not guarantee GDPR compliance.
Is my data processed exclusively in the EU?
For website AI, servers, database and AI run in the Google Cloud region Frankfurt am Main. A transfer outside the EU, for example during support access by Google, is contractually regulated but cannot be completely ruled out. WhatsApp also involves Meta, where data may be processed outside the EU. Before activation, we review the services involved and the required basis for such transfers. EU-US Data Privacy Framework certification or standard contractual clauses are only part of that assessment.
How much does a website from Promatic cost?
BASIS starts at €990, WACHSTUM at €1,790 and PREMIUM at €2,690, all excluding applicable VAT. The BASIS introductory offer replaces €1,490 for orders placed by 1 January 2027 inclusive. How long does it take to build my website?
Indicative delivery times are around 7 days for BASIS, 7–10 days for WACHSTUM and 7–14 days for PREMIUM. These estimates begin once the scope is agreed and all content has been supplied; they are not guaranteed completion dates.
What do I need to provide for my website?
We agree the required content with you in advance. You supply the legal content as the client. Delivery time begins when the scope has been agreed and all required content is available.
How many revision rounds are included?
BASIS includes one revision round, WACHSTUM two and PREMIUM three.
What is Website Care and what does the €49.90 admin panel include?
Website Care is optional support for your website. Basic Hosting costs €19.90 per month. The Admin Panel costs €49.90 per month and includes Basic Hosting plus your own login to edit text and images without programming knowledge. All-round Care costs €99.90 per month. All prices exclude applicable VAT. Scope and response times are agreed in advance; there is no mandatory maintenance contract.
Who are Promatic website packages for?
For trades, local businesses and service providers, including those in Karlsruhe, Rastatt and Bruchsal. Elvis Matic supports you personally from Karlsruhe. Whether you need a new website or a relaunch, we discuss the appropriate scope in an initial consultation. The offers are exclusively for businesses (B2B).
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. Whether it is a new website or a relaunch, we review what is already in place and what your new website needs. You can usually keep your existing domain and email.
Are domain and hosting included in the website package?
Domain and hosting are optional through Website Care, from €19.90 per month excluding applicable VAT. There is no mandatory maintenance contract.
